Links des Flures kommst du in das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Sofa (Schlaffunktion für den sechsten Gast). In Verlängerung zum Wohnzimmer kommt zum einen das Badezimmer und zum anderen ein Durchgangszimmer mit einer Retro Spielekonsole, Smart-TV und Sitzsäcken zum "chillen". Letztlich kommt man dann in die große Küche mit Esstisch und anschließendem Balkon im Innenhof.
Die strengen Vorgaben zum Denkmalschutz machen den besonderen Charm aus - so sind die Wände, Decken und Böden aufwändig in Stand gesetzt worden. Das Fachwerk an den Wänden, einige Holzschwellen und teils niedriger Türstock sind zu beachten.
