This non-smoking holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the listed main building of the newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser - Seefahrtschule in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly restored in recent years and reopened in 2020. Start your day with breakfast and a cup of coffee on the terrace when the sun is rising. You can access the furnished terrace from the living room and the bedroom. The terrace has various lounging and seating options. The high ceilings of the apartment created there underline the friendly and spacious character. The apartment, which is kept in the style of a beach house, offers maximum comfort with selected accessories and harmonious compositions. The light-flooded holiday apartment with 74 m² offers space for 4 people. Here you can spend an unforgettable vacation at any time of the year. The open, fully equipped NOLTE fitted kitchen borders the living area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. Numerous cooking utensils ensure the perfect cooking evening. The dining table with 4 chairs offers space for a dinner with friends or family. The living area is equipped with a sofa bed (extra bed for 2 people possible) and an armchair and invites you to share moments. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course, free WiFi is available in all areas. The two bright bedrooms are modernly equipped. The comfortable box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invite you to dream. The interior master bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps, which can be reached via the living room. The large bedroom from which you can start the day on the terrace in the morning has a wardrobe, two bedside tables with bedside lamps and a small table with a shell chair.
