Welcome to Vineside, our modern rustic BnB nestled in the heart of Witchcliffe, affectionately known as "Witchy" by the locals. Immerse yourself in the tranquillity of our 2.2-acre property, where a private bush area adorned with a hammock and firepit beckons. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, Vineside promises an idyllic getaway in one of Western Australia's most captivating regions.
The apartment, nestled under the house's main roof, features a stacker servery window from the kitchen that seamlessly opens to the private deck, connecting indoor and outdoor spaces.
Step onto your south-facing outdoor deck to embrace nature. The courtyard boasts a mini Weber BBQ, giant and comfy outdoor chairs, an outdoor wine barrel table, and the soothing sounds of the bush. During the fire season, the firepit next to the vineyard invites relaxation under the clear skies.
Entertainment options include a wall-mounted 43" Smart TV and an Amazon Echo device for seamless control. The well-equipped kitchen caters to culinary delights, featuring a two-burner induction cooker, microwave, slow cooker, omelette maker, full LG fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and more.

Nestled on a spacious 2.2-acre property, Vineside offers a private retreat designed for your comfort. Just a 12-minute drive from Margaret River and a quick 4-minute drive to Witchcliffe village, this serene haven combines tranquillity with convenience.
At Vineside, you enjoy exclusive access to the fully furnished apartment with a private entry, deck and garden. Your retreat is a self-contained haven thoughtfully designed for your comfort. The laundry area is available for bookings of four nights or more. Please note that access to the main house is restricted.
The serene bush area, hammock, and firepit (seasonal) are yours to savour, providing a peaceful escape in the heart of Witchcliffe. Although private, The fully furnished apartment is situated under the roof of the main house, where the two owners, Hayley & Luke, and their delightful doggies, Lily and Luna, reside.

While we meticulously perfect the landscaping around the property, the apartment's deck and courtyard already boast a lush display of greenery, providing a serene escape in the heart of Witchcliffe.
In line with our commitment to conservation and sustainable practices, Vineside embraces eco-friendly principles. The property is fully fenced with gate access, ensuring your privacy. Our delightful canine companions, Lily and Luna, share the space, and we conscientiously limit their access to the apartment's courtyard and driveway. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in keeping the gate closed when entering to maintain a secure environment.
As part of our dedication to sustainability, we provide all-natural bathroom, laundry, and kitchen products for your use during your stay. Embracing the principles of conservation and sustainable tourism, Vineside features a water tank and Aerobic Treatment Unit for wastewater, minimising our impact on the environment. Due to the ATU system, it's crucial that only toilet paper is flushed down the toilet. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the system's efficiency and contributing to our eco-friendly practices.
