With everything close by, it's easy to feel at home at WaterColor Reunions. The first floor of the home provides a kitchen, dining area, living area, king bedroom, and laundry room. The kitchen was designed with function in mind so that multiple people can gather in the space to cook, converse, and dine without crowding one another. Thermador Professional appliances and all the necessary cookware are provided. The large, mobile island is versatile and can be used to create a serving line or food prep space. Within the island, a huge custom sink allows two to wash and two to dry while keeping an eye on the pool activity.
