➤ Please bring your own drinking water as drinking tap water isnotrecommended.
➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ Six (6) parking spots on the driveway are available for guests' use.
➤ This property is equipped with 3 security cameras for your safety.
➤ The guests will have access to the entire house EXCEPT FOR THE GARAGE. Please, make yourself at home.
➤ PLEASE NOTE that there is a fire prohibition in the area mandated by the city until the end of April. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in penalties imposed by the city. Your cooperation on this matter is greatly appreciated.

People of all generations are flocking to Kawartha Lakes, and for good reason. From the picturesque natural beauty and relaxing atmosphere, to the vibrant downtowns and busy social calendars of each community, there is a lifestyle for everyone. And still conveniently located within an hour driving distance to the Greater Toronto Area.
This location is a Car-Dependent neighborhood so almost all errands require a car.
➤Small fishing boats are allowed in the area if you're planning to bring one. Please note that we do not provide canoes or any watercrafts.
➤Please bring your own firewood for the firepit and propane gas for the BBQ should you wish to use them.
➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiringrepairs.
➤ Please bring your own garbage to the nearest dump.
➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house/cottages, including the patio. Please smoke just out at the yard. :)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Please ensure that all garbage is properly disposed of at the nearest garbage dump. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in a fine of $100.
