Upstairs, the living room with its antique fireplace (WARNING: the fireplace is only decorative and CANNOT BE USED!) enchants with its generous space and breathtaking view through the large windows. The comfortable sofas, embellished with elegant fabric, invite you to relax, accompanied by a good movie on the large TV, or a book while admiring the landscape. The dining area, located within the same room, will be a place of unforgettable dinners!
The bedroom on the same floor offers a double bed and a large window framing lush greenery. The room has access to the balcony, which is a perfect place to enjoy the lake breeze in total privacy. On this floor is one of the 3 bathrooms.
Going up the stairs, the two double bedrooms on the upper floor offer additional space for relaxation, both tastefully furnished and equipped with every modern comfort, including air conditioning to ensure well-being in every season. On the same floor there is a small gym with various pieces of equipment, including treadmills, weight machines and a flat bench.
The two bathrooms, elegant and functional, are composed as follows: one with bath and shower, one with shower and adjacent a beautiful sauna for total relaxation.
The exterior of the villa is simply spectacular, with a large manicured garden and a covered veranda ideal for enjoying al fresco dining. Immerse yourself whenever you wish in the wonderful hot tub in the garden! The patio overlooking the lake provides a heavenly spot for sunbathing or admiring the surrounding panorama, while the green corners with tables and chairs offer quiet spaces to relax surrounded by nature.
With direct access to the lake, this villa also offers the opportunity to enjoy the crystal-clear waters, with a staircase leading directly into the water.

The villa has a private uncovered parking space in the residence as well as public parking spaces in front of the entrance gate.

Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm. Check-out is from 8am to 10am.
We kindly ask you to notify us about your exact time of arrival at latest 24 hours ahead of your arrival. A member of our staff will wait for you at the property at the time you communicate to us, and will show you where to park, how to enter the apartment and give you other useful information.
For check-out, please notify us approximately 24 hours ahead of your departure time: a member of our staff will meet you at the property to check the villa and say goodbye.
PLEASE NOTE: The property requires a payment of DEPOSIT. The deposit payment has to be settled during the ONLINE CHECK-IN by credit card. Once the villa is checked after your departure and found to be in good condition, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment in 5-7 business days following your check-out.

The villa is only a few minutes away from the charming village of Brienno, known for its picturesque historic village and lake landscape. Here, one can enjoy a stroll through the alleys of the village and stop for dinner at the Pizzeria Brienno, opposite the church. In summer, the public park opens as a Lido, La Terrazza 125, where you can swim in the lake during the summer, and have lunch, dinner and an aperitif by the lake. A few minutes from the villa is the renowned restaurant Crotto dei Platani. From Brienno it is possible to take the boat to visit the main villages on Lake Como from April to October. 6 minutes away is Argegno, a lively village with numerous restaurants and bars. From Argegno the boat passes more frequently and it is also possible to take the hydrofoil to reach famous destinations (such as Bellagio and Menaggio) more quickly and directly.
Towards the south we meet instead Laglio, a renowned and elegant village to spend unforgettable summers amidst aperitifs on the lake. The majestic villa of the great actor and director George Clooney is also located here.
Proceeding further south, we reach the city of Como, while to the north we can explore the picturesque Valle d'Intelvi, perfect for pleasant nature walks.
How to arrive:
By car: Drive along the A9 motorway and take the last exit for Italy "Como Lago". Follow the GPS until you get onto the main road Via Regina, in about 15 min you will be in front of the villa.
By train: After arriving at Como Station take bus number C20 or C10 and in about 30 min you will be at the stop "Brienno - cà del lago 8 - mulino". From there, in 2 minutes on foot you will be in front of the residence.
