This is the ideal spot to cool off and enjoy the sun. The spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea will leave you breathless, while the on-site barbecue invites you to enjoy pleasant open-air dinners in the company of your loved ones at the large table on the porch.

The villa is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor you will find a cosy dining room with sofas, fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi and a beautiful piano. Adjacent to the dining room there is the kitchen. Fully equipped with modern appliances, here you can indulge in preparing delicious meals to enjoy with friends.
In addition, there is also a service bathroom on this floor.
Stairs in the entrance hall lead to the upper floor.
The first floor is composed as follows:
