In the heart of Brie, come and relax with friends or family, just a stone's throw away from the Forest of Crécy.
ACCOMMODATION:
On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful dining room equipped with a large table and chairs that can accommodate up to 14 people. The available wood stove will add a warm ambiance to your meals. The dining room opens up to the living room with a large sofa and a television for comfort and relaxation.
Accessible from the living room, you will have access to a large terrace of 100m2 with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. Two large garden tables are available for enjoying a pleasant meal in the sun from the terrace.
You will also find a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker (filter required), Nespresso coffee machine (capsules optional), waffle maker, toaster, kettle, and dishes for 15 people.
A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor.
The house has 4 independent bedrooms. One on the ground floor with a double bed and a crib, and three upstairs: one with bunk beds (sleeps 4), one with a double bed and a single bed, and the last one with a double bed and a sofa bed with a real mattress. Two additional sleeping spaces are available in the living room (sofa bed with a genuine mattress of 160x190cm).
Two bathrooms are available: one on the ground floor with a sink, a shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine. The second one upstairs with a bathtub, a double vanity unit, and a toilet.
Ideal for family or friends' entertainment, you will find in the garden a 50m2 outbuilding equipped as a game room with a foosball table, dartboard, a sofa, and two coffee tables. An additional fridge is also available in the outbuilding.
The Villa is ideal to provide comfort and relaxation during your stay.
Possibility to organize a birthday, bachelor party, bachelorette party, or a quiet family gathering within the authorized number of people, strictly following the rules described in the house rules. Please read the house rules carefully before making a reservation.
For groups larger than 15 people, please make an inquiry before proceeding with a reservation.

CHECK-IN:
We make every effort to ensure that the reserved accommodation is available as soon as possible and no later than 5:00 PM. Check-in can therefore be done on the first day of the reservation at the earliest at 5:00 PM unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
DEPARTURE:
CHECK OUT EVERY DAY EXCEPT SUNDAY: 11:00 AM
CHECK OUT ON SUNDAYS: 5:00 PM
On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM unless there is explicit agreement.
Before leaving the accommodation within the specified time, we kindly ask you to follow all departure instructions outlined in the house rules. Please familiarize yourself with the house rules before making a reservation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
For each reservation, a security deposit of €1000 is required from the tenant by bank authorization (amount not debited, which does not impact the credit limit) via our partner SWIKLY. This amount will be released after your departure, except to deduct the amount of a "cleaning supplement," any damage caused, or in case of non-compliance with the house rules. You are responsible for damages caused by improper use of the villa. The payment of repairs or replacement of damaged or lost items will be at your expense. They will be deducted first from the security deposit and billed additionally if the security deposit amount is insufficient or in full if the deposit was not requested at the beginning of the stay.
LINENS:
Bed sheets are provided. Upon your arrival, the beds will be made with freshly laundered sheets. Towels are not provided in the rental. We offer them for rent as an option upon request at a price of €5 each.

PARKING:
Possibility to park up to 8 vehicles within the property.
INTERNET & TV:
The house is equipped with ORANGE fiber. You will also have the option to watch digital TV channels from the living room television.
ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire accommodation exclusively for yourself.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
There is a bakery, a café-restaurant, a grocery store, and a chocolate shop 1 km from the house in the center of the village of La Houssaye en Brie. Otherwise, the first supermarket is Intermarché in Fontenay Tresigny, 5 km from the house. For family walks, the Forest of Crécy is just behind the house, accessible on foot.
TRANSPORTATION:
Access by car from the A4 motorway exit PROVINS in just 15 minutes. TGV Chessy station is 20 minutes away by car. Tournan-en-Brie station is 10 minutes away by car: RER E or line P (Access to Paris-Gare de l'Est in just 25 minutes). Marles en Brie station is 5 minutes away by car: Train towards Paris in just 35 minutes. Disneyland is only 20 minutes away by car, Provins at 45 km, and Paris at 50 km. Uber from central Paris to the house costs about €60 on average per vehicle for 4 people.
