Sports lovers can go for walks, trekking or mountain bike trails in the surroundings of the property. While history and art enthusiasts will be able to admire, just a few kilometers away, the famous Buriano Bridge which, according to researchers and scholars, would be reproduced in the famous painting of La Gioconda by Leonardo da Vinci.
The city of Arezzo is located about 12 km away and offers countless folkloristic and cultural events throughout the year, including the Giostra del Saracino which animates the city twice a year in June and September and the Antiques Fair, on the first Sunday and the Saturday before each month
At your disposal, you will find in the property a beautiful private swimming pool measuring 6x12m (from 1.20m – 1.50m) where you can cool off on hot summer days or simply sunbathe by the pool.

A staircase leads to the first floor where we find 3 double bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms each with a third bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and air conditioning.
On the first floor there is a private apartment which shares the main entrance and the stairs to the first floor with the guests. This apartment can be used by 2 people who will be very discreet but have to use the stairs to get to the first floor in their apartment, for summer use.
