Location
Beautiful house with private pool in the marvellous area of Cala Pi, with capacity for 8 people.
At the back of the house you will find the marvellous chlorine pool which sizes 6 x 3.5 meters and has a depth that goes from 1 to 1.9 meters. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe on a sunbed or enjoy the summer weather. From this area we get into the amazing furnished porch which includes an area to for lunches and dinners outdoors or enjoy a delicious barbecue, and there is also an relax area with a sofa and two armchairs to have a vermouth or a drink before going out in the evening. The plot is fenced, it has direct neighbours and privacy is partial.The 400 m² house has two floors. On the ground floor we find a comfortable and luminous living-dining room which includes two sofas where you can watch TV or relax while listening to a music CD. The dining table can accommodate 6 people and from that same area we have access to the back porch. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is also very ample, it includes a table for 4 people and it is fully equipped. It also has access to the back porch. Both stays are acclimated with radiators on the coldest days. A bathtub bathroom completes this floor. The four air-conditioned bedrooms are on the 1st floor, where there is another beautiful porch with little corners to relax. The 1st bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in closet and en en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have two single beds and the last one has a double bed. These three has all a closet. There is a third bathroom with a shower for these bedrooms. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a highchair are also available. At the house you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.This house is located very near to a unique spot which the beach of Cala Pi. It is a little beach with a fine sand and dreamy turquoise waters. There are some restaurants around. You can visit the near 17th century watchtower or go for a long walk till cap Blanc, a long route which will compensate you with beautiful cliffs and visits to Es Trenc and Sa Rápita beaches.Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family.
