Located on a hilltop with views of the vineyards and rolling hills of Umbria, Villa Corelia is a lovely stone farmhouse with a swimming pool. Set in a peaceful, rural spot close to Baschi (6.5 km) where you can find grocery shops, bar, and restaurants, the villa is perfect for a relaxing break with family or friends. It is within easy driving distance of Orvieto, with lovely piazzas, shops and restaurants, and the best Gothic cathedral in Italy, and from Orvieto station you can take the high-speed train to Rome (less than an hour) and Florence (two hours).
Villa Corelia consists of a main house (450 sqm) and an apartment (100 sqm). The road leading to the villa (1.3 km) is unpaved, so it is not suitable for low-slung vehicles.
MAIN HOUSE (sleeps 7)
On the ground floor you will find a large living room (with sofas, chairs, and a fireplace). a dining room with access to a shady terrace and a well-equipped kitchen (with a fridge, grill, a stove, and a marble-topped island). You will also find a studio (with desk, telephone, fax machine, printer, Internet Wi-Fi) and a library (with books and a collection of classical music). In the sleeping area, you will find one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds), one single bedroom (with single bed), one bathroom (with shower), one guest bathroom (with toilet) and a laundry room (with washing machine).

A private outdoor staircase (near the entrance) leads to the apartment which is located on the first floor of the west wing of the house. Here, you will find a living room (with fireplace), a kitchen/dining area (with fridge, oven, gas range, washing machine) and two double/twin bedrooms (with divisible beds and ceiling fans). Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms (one with bath and shower, one with shower).
Outside, you'll find a large garden with three terraces, including a swimming pool (12m x 6m; depth 2.2m; open May - September). There's also a sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas), and a pergola, where you can relax or dine outside. There are flower gardens surrounding the house where you can pick vegetables and herbs.
