This exceptional designer villa above the capital features a fantastic location with an incredible view over the bay and the harbour of Funchal. The villa is characterised by first-class quality, high functionality and state-of-the-art comfort. The house was equipped with high-quality materials and furniture by a well-known studio for architecture and interior design.
Discover a light-flooded interior and a dream panoramic view over the city, the harbour and the open sea from all rooms, the terrace or from the 30 square metre infinity pool. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures all year through. Other features of this outstanding villa are a fully equipped kitchen, a sauna with panoramic views, a covered fitness area, a wine bar, fully electronic lighting and room controls, and two covered car parking spaces.
The villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest toilet. On the ground floor there is an office room with desk, Lan connection and an en-suite bathroom. It can also be used as a fourth bedroom at the same time due to the folding couch. Entertainment and information is provided by three modern Tv sets and Wifi throughout the house.
On warm evenings, enjoy the large outdoor kitchen with Bbq and large dining table. In the cosy outdoor lounge area next to the pool and with fantastic views over the Atlantic Ocean and the bay of Funchal you can enjoy ultimate sunsets.
The house is conveniently located above the old town (Zona Velha), which can be reached in 10 minutes. There you will find a variety of excellent and often very reasonably priced restaurants. The nearest bakery is 650 metres from the house. A wonderful excursion destination are the Botanical Gardens, only 1.4 km away. The international airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
