The villa entirely on the ground floor offers at the entrance a glazed terrace with a large dining table and a sofa. Inside there is a small living room with TV and fireplace, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and air conditioning and another dining table. Right next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a trundle bed (80cm) convertible into a double bed of 160cm with fan, another bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), TV and air conditioning, and the last bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) with air conditioning and fan. Next to it there is another bathroom with shower.
The plot with Mediterranean plants is completely fenced and the 6 x 4'5 m pool offers the perfect space to cool off. Furthermore, there is an outdoor shower, barbecue area with paellero, charcoal barbecue and gas barbecue, several open terraces and terrace with awning.
The villa is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday; washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and Italian coffee machine, toaster, kettle, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, paellero, etc. There is air conditioning hot/cold in the 2 bedrooms and in the kitchen. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. There are 2 renowned golf courses at only 10 km from the villa: La Sella and Oliva Nova Golf.
