Living area with L shaped lounge, large Smart TV, Blue-ray player, ceiling fan, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.
2 bedrooms, both with ceiling fans and ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Main 2 way bathroom with double vanity, freestanding bath, walk-in shower, separate w/c.

Only a 5 minute drive to Moonta with Wallaroo and Kadina not much further where each of these towns have supermarkets, hotels, bakery and more shops to explore.
