Designed with clever storage solutions and an innovative layout, every square inch of this home is put to good use. The design allows for efficient use of space while maintaining a spacious and comfortable living environment.
You'll love the fully equipped kitchen, with it's new appliances and granite countertops. There's a comfortable living room, a separate Full bedroom, and large standing shower in the bathroom. We've even put in laundry machines for your convenience. Hardwood flooring goes throughout the whole home with the exception of the bathroom, and there's plenty of natural light that pours through the windows.
And the best part? You'll be staying at the Dreamland grounds! Dreamland is a outdoor entertainment and arts venue that features 16 dedicated Pickleball courses (4 covered, 12 uncovered), exciting terrain based miniature golf and disc golf courses, and one state of the art music stage. Dreamland is also an incredible art experience, with large scale sculptures, murals, & mosaics commissioned by some of the world’s top artists. There's a bar and outdoor family beer garden, and a children's splash pad & playground, stage for live music, and large picnic tables to relax and enjoy a livestream of your favorite games on our large flat screen TVs. The full bar features one of the largest 50 self-pour tap walls located in the Texas Hill Country including local beers, ciders, & cocktails. Activities are pay-to-play, but look out for happy hour prices (up to 50% off!) and kids under 5 always play for free.

Dreamland:
Dreamland offers a number of pay-to-play amenities, including mini golf, pickleball, disc golf, a splash pad, a bar, and a kitchen. Kids under 5 play for free, and happy hour prices offer discounts of up to 50% off.
Dreamland is open daily from 8 am to 10 pm (until midnight on Friday and Saturday). The kitchen is open from 11 am to 10 pm.
Parking:
You can park up to 3 vehicles in the driveway located in front of the cabin. Please note that the driveway has a partial gravel section; low-clearance vehicles, such as a Corvette, may have difficulty and could bottom out. Additionally, please do not park on the grass areas.

With its beautiful countryside views, Dripping Springs has been tagged as the Gateway to the Hill Country since it is the first stop for many travelers leaving the city for the countryside. With a past centered in farming and ranching, much of the land remains rich with rolling hills, spring-fed creeks, abundant wildlife, and majestic views. Dripping Springs (Drippin’ to the locals) has also become known for unique wineries, breweries and distilleries dotting the beautiful Hill Country.
Annual festivals include Founders Weekend, Dripping Springs Fair & Rodeo, Hill Country Rally for Kids, Dripping with Taste, Pioneer Days, Dripping Springs Songwriters Festival and Christmas on Mercer.
Dreamland is a great spot to unwind and have some fun in the Hill Country. This place has something for everyone, whether you’re into art, sports, or just hanging out. Kick things off with a round of mini-golf on some really cool courses, surrounded by sculptures and murals. It’s perfect for all ages. If pickleball’s your thing, they’ve got top-notch courts ready for you. Art lovers can enjoy the outdoor galleries with pieces from local and international artists. It’s a nice way to take in some creativity as you walk around. As evening falls, enjoy live music from local artists. Grab a drink from the tap wall featuring local brews, and get some tasty bites from the food trucks. It’s a nice spot for families or a relaxed date night.
