Unit A - 24 Follins Pond (second cottage)

Walk up the stairs to enter the wrap around sunroom! Enjoy the unique printed wood paneling and the hardwood floors. The sunroom boasts 2 comfy chairs and 2 couches - you couldn't ask for a more cozy spot to listen to music on the record player or read a book with the windows open listening to the birds chirp. The slider opens up to the outside deck where you will find a high top bistro table and club chairs or enjoy the screened in gazebo for al fresco dining all while enjoying views of the salt water pond. You will find a grill on the side of the deck and an outdoor shower.
The sunroom leads to an open style kitchen with beamed ceilings and parquet flooring. You will find a butcher block center island with 3 stools and a round dining room table with 5 chairs situated in a quaint alcove. Fridge, gas range with oven, toaster, regular style coffee pot, dishwasher and microwave all available for your use. Wifi to keep you connected and the mini split A/C to keep you cool!
Wide knotty pine plan flooring throughout is the ultimate in cottage decor!
Bathroom #1 is to the left of the kitchen is a full bath with shower tub combination.
Bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed, large flat screen tv and double closets. Even a mobile A/C unit for additional cooling for those really hot summer nights.
Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed , window A/C and ensuite Bathroom #2 with a stand up shower and washer and dryer, iron / ironing board all for your convenience.
Bedroom #3 also has a Queen size bed, window A/C , side table, lamp and small closet.
As you stroll across the front yard towards Unit B, look toward the house and you will see the outdoor shower.

As you walk up to the second home you will see where you will be enjoying your coffee or evening beverages as the sun sets in a cute double adirondack style chair with table in between.
There is also a screened in gazebo to enjoy al fresco dining at the round picnic table with crescent shaped benches all while enjoying the water views of this special salt water pond.
Enter in the sun room with knotty pine flooring, wicker couch that seats 2 and 2 wicker style chairs - perfect for intimate conversation. Enjoy quiet mornings with your coffee and watch the as the boats meander up and down the pond.
Open "cut out" window to kitchen/dining/living room - great for keeping the conversation going from either room. The open concept kitchen-living room has a comfy couch, 2 leather strapped lounge chairs, antique wood stove and a flat screen TV to catch the Red Sox game. The collapsible table can be opened up to seat four for any meal. You will find the white chairs in both bedroom closests and one in the sunroom.
This kitchen is complete with fridge, gas stove and oven, regular coffee maker, wainscoting cabinetry, dishwasher, toaster, tea pot - all you need to prepare meals before hitting the beach. Butcher block countertops and A/C mini split to keep you cool.
Both bedrooms have painted grey, wide plank floors that are quintessential cottage decor.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, bureau, closet, fan, side table with lamp and mirror. Window A/C for added cooling.

Bathroom # 1 is a full bath with stand up shower -open the door to your own private outdoor shower and back yard access as well.
There is boat launch access and trailer parking on this salt water pond - Follins Pond does has access to the Atlantic through Bass River. Guest beach access is to the left of the boat ramp. The amount of beach area is affected by the high tides.
The association beach guests can use is about a .25 mile away called Arthur Walker association.
In this central location near historic Route 6A, you can get to BEACHES on the north side (Mayflower in Dennis) or the south side (Seagull Beach) in minutes! Great restaurants, public golf and miniature golf, the Bike Trail, ferries, shopping and Whale Watching are all an easy drive from this mid-cape location!
Whether you are relaxing in the gazebo or out paddle boarding, kayaking or enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the pond, you are sure to create lasting memories to reflect upon for years to come.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
