The space
You'll absolutely love the 3,470 sq ft two story home! Upon entering the home, you will be delighted to see the billiards room boasting of a beautiful pool table and smart TV. Next to the billiards room, you will find the large formal dining room in which to dine with your favorite people.
Common spaces include a living room with 65 inch TV and a large reclining sectional. The kitchen is attractive and fully stocked and has an island for preparing and serving delectable cuisine and a bar for mixing favorite drinks. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite coffee. The breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen is encircled with large windows and offers a great view of the backyard tropical paradise. The home has a large Arizona room in which to enjoy the early morning with your favorite brew or just sit and relax.
Step out and enjoy the private pool, jacuzzi and tiki bar. There is seating for 6 on the patio to enjoy your meal. BBQ on the propane gas grill and enjoy a small fire in the pit during the cooler winter nights. Enjoy a game of water basketball and cornhole. This place is great for entertaining or just having a relaxing time with your loved ones.
On the first floor, the master suite has a king size bed that is comfortable and you'll have plenty of storage space with the dresser, nightstands and huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and has a sliding door to give you direct access to the backyard. The bedroom has large windows with black out curtains and is equipped with a smart TV, work station, chest of drawers and nightstand to store your belongings.
Upstairs 4 bedrooms share a fully renovated bathroom. The largest bedroom has double queen beds and a mini fridge; A bedroom with a queen and twin size beds; A bedroom with super comfortable queen bed and a bedroom with two twin size beds for younger guests. All of these rooms have a smart TV, closet space with hangers and a luggage rack.
There are so many things to do in this area which include shopping at Tanger Outlets, tailgating football games at State Farm Stadium, attending Spring Training baseball at Camelback Ranch, basketball games at Footprint Center, NASCAR racing at Phoenix International Raceway, Top Golf, Desert Diamond Casino and various entertainment and dining venues at Westgate Entertainment District. There is so much to do that your family is sure to have an amazing time!
Guest access
You and your family will have access to the entire home except for the garage. Parking is available in the driveway and in front of the house.

Home has been updated with the best residential high speed Internet available from COX Communications. Guests can easily stream their personal apps from their phones and TVs.
The minimum age to rent is 25 years.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list. Guest reserving property must be the person checking in.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Phoenix Realty Group reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 15 for this home. Unless Phoenix Realty Group has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of fifteen (15).
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum between 11:00pm and 8:00am.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and backyard.
Trash pickup is scheduled every Monday and Recycling is scheduled every Thursday. We request that you place trash bins outside in front of the house by the basketball hoop the night before pickup.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
Phoenix Realty Group reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
ALL TVs are Smart TVs for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced.
An additional fee of $75 per day will be charged for heating pool. No fee to heat jacuzzi.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
