Living Spaces
The main living room is large, open floor plan with natural light. Two deep sofas and an armchair provide plenty of seating for your group to relax and spend time together, and the huge TV will have you craving a cozy movie night. The competitive guests among you will love the billiards table where you can practice your skills or crown your champion. The loser does the dishes!
The outdoor screened in porch on the second floor is where you can sit back and enjoy incredible lake views from your own private viewing platform. This space provides plenty of comfortable seating for your group to hang out and watch a movie or the big game on the flat-screen TV. There’s also a pingpong table if you’re in the mood to get a tournament going.
In addition to all this space, there’s also a third living area in the basement next to the kitchenette with a sofa and flat-screen TV. This is a great spot to hang out in smaller groups or to catch a few moments alone to journal or listen to your favorite podcast.
Kitchen & Dining
The formal dining area seats eight and is thoughtfully positioned alongside the glass wall of windows. By day, this area is bathed in light and offers gorgeous views of the lake, and by night, you’ll find yourself enjoying long, memorable meals in the plush seating surrounded by tranquil, undisturbed darkness and privacy.
The modern and compact kitchen is where the cooks in your group will enjoy flexing their skills. It’s extremely well-stocked with all the equipment and appliances you could ever need, and there’s enough space for a sous chef or two to help out with meal prep. There’s also two bar areas seating for up to five, which makes a cute, casual spot for light meals and snacks.
Bedrooms & Baths
There are four bright and cozy bedrooms in this lake house that ensure you and your fellow guests enjoy the best night’s sleep possible.
On the second level of the property, you’ll find the primary master suite with a sumptuous king-size bed and en suite bathroom, also with two additional bedrooms. All bedrooms on thus level have the benefit of leading onto the deck, so you can head out in the evening for a glass of wine under the stars. The flat-screen TV in all bedrooms mean you can stream your favorite shows from the comfort of your bedroom, and the matching bedside lamps are handy for late-night readers.
On this floor, you’ll also find the first guest room which features two queen size beds with a flat-screen TV and plenty of storage, and the second guest room which has one queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. These guest rooms share one full hallway bathroom
Head down to the basement level and you’ll find a fourth guestroom with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. There’s also an additional half bathroom on the main floor of the house for extra convenience when your group is hanging out in the living room.

Little visitors will love the playgrounds, and adults will appreciate the spectacular views of Lake Lanier.
The nearby city of Flowery Branch is steeped in history and is now a thriving hub of shopping and dining options. The historic train depot is a fascinating place to visit, and the regular farmers' markets make a great opportunity to pick up some local produce to enjoy back at the lake house.

Guest may not use the Property for any purpose other than that of a private residential stay by the specified number of guests indicated in the Guest's reservation. Additional overnight guests are prohibited unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Owner.
The Guest and those in the Guest's party shall not engage in any activity that (a) may be a nuisance or become an annoyance to the Owner or occupants of nearby homes or (b) might invalidate any insurance policies in effect on the Property.
The Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the reservation and keep the security deposit paid by Guest without refund, if the number of people at the Property exceeds the limits provided for herein or if the Police are called to the Property for excessive noise.
SMOKING is prohibited in the house!! Outside only in designated areas.
Our home is a PET FREE HOUSE! 100% No Exceptions!! We are very strict in enforcing this policy. We are sensitive to guests who may have pet allergies. We can offer an off-site pet sitting service as an option.
There will be a minimum $500 fine for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay.
The minimum age to reserve the home is thirty years old.
We require confirmation of our guests and request verification of identification and payment method via our guest portal for the reservation to finalize each booking request.
All stays longer than 14 days, will require a mandatory cleaning that will be scheduled every 2 weeks during your stay. Our cleaning staff will provide a 48-hour notice to bring clean linens and towels and to clean the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom areas. Also, if guests wants to do an early check-in, it needs to be communicated with us. It will come with a fee of $75.
This property has a pack and play or a high chair option available, please check for availability when making the reservation and we can confirm prior to your arrival.
Due to the busy time of the year we are not able to accommodate any late check outs as we have to prepare the property for the next guest. Thank you for your compliance and understanding.
