THE PROPERTY
When you venture back inside the home you can cozy up in the living room and soak in the exclusive views out of the large picture windows, or have a meal with loved ones at the farmhouse dining table. As you enter the home under the covered porch you will see the kitchen to your right and the dining room in front of you with plenty of seating for everyone to gather. Continuing through the home, you will find yourself in a cozy living room with views you can enjoy year-round, rain or shine. The living room features a 40-inch flat-screen TV with Netflix and Pandora provided along with lots of books and board games for in-home entertainment. Note: The fireplace is temporarily suspended, and will be receiving an upgrade coming soon!
Out the french doors, you arrive at the two-tiered deck. A few cozy lounge seating options are available to soak in the experience on those perfect summer evenings in Oregon. An outdoor dining table and Weber BBQ grill make dining al fresco vineyard side a real joy! Should the nights get a little chilly, take advantage of the propane fire pit to keep you cozy.
Back inside, you will also find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed appointed with luxurious linens, a reading nook, and unbeatable views out of the large sliding doors to the deck. Every room comes equipped with luxurious robes so you can get right up and enjoy the sunrise as it occurs. Off the master bedroom is a full guest bath with a standing shower. Up the stairs from the dining room, you will find a comfortable loft with two beds, one queen and one twin, perfect for if you are traveling as a family. At the base of the stairs, you will find an additional full bathroom which can be easily accessed from the main area of the home, containing a clawfoot tub shower. The lower level of the farmhouse offers additional sleeping options for everyone to be able to spread out if you would like with three additional bed options of a queen and two twins. Making this a great option for a group of friends traveling together or even an offsite work retreat! Please note, the maximum occupancy for overnight guests is seven.
Past the kitchen, you will find the washer and dryer in the small adjoining mudroom. The property features thoughtful and artistic decor based on the winery and the valley. You’ll also find luxury amenities, such as a starter pack of locally-roasted coffee, local handcrafted soap bars, shampoo and conditioner in every shower, beds made with luxurious soft bedding, and fluffy cotton towels in every bathroom.
