Enjoying a dedicated entry foyer, complete with storage for your coats, hats and handbags, you’ll instantly admire the gorgeous leafy aspects that bring out the beauty of this first floor abode. The stylishly renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a huge breakfast bar and all the small appliances you have at home. There’s a table for 2, plus seating at the breakfast bar and a café table for 2 on the balcony, so you have a choice of where you would like to eat your meals. Our Treetop Escape is within walking distance of Caulfield Racecourse (1.4kms away) for race day events, conferences and expos. A little closer, is Monash University’s Caulfield campus with its Monash University Museum of Art showing leading artists from around the world. A 6-minute drive to Cabrini Hospital, the Treetrop Escape is the perfect place to stay if visiting sick family. Walk down to Waverley Road and you’ll find a variety of great restaurants and cafes. Check out L’Olivo for pizza, Via Fratelli for Italian, Gujju’s Café and Chat House for coffee, Elenika & Co for Greek or the Nepal Dining Room for that authentic Nepalese experience. Mr Sister Café is a fun café with an enclosed outdoor dining area and spectacular breakfast and lunch options. And if you really have to, McDonalds is a short 700 metres away.

Well serviced by public transport, you have trams along Waverley Road to the south and Wattletree Road to the north, the 624 bus along Burke Road to the west and Darling Road to the east. Caulfield station is a 15-minute walk away connecting you to the Frankston, Pakenham and Cranbourne lines, and the city in 20 minutes. The Monash Freeway (M1) is best accessed from Burke Road. Malvern East is serviced by taxis, Ubers and Lyft.
Our place faces west, so it catches the afternoon sun. In summer, it is protected by the beautiful trees that sit on the property, but after a few days it can get warm. There is a ceiling fan in the main living area to help circulate the air. In winter, the trees lose their leaves and welcome in the afternoon sun to keep the place warm. There is a panel heater to add additional warmth when needed.
House must be left as received except for bed linen and towels usage. Dishwasher turned on before you leave if there are dirty dishes in there. This is a smoke free, vape free, drug free space, however if you feel the need, we will accept smoking/vaping on the balcony. Cleaning fee is to ensure house is guest-ready for you when you arrive, and guest-ready for the next guests after you leave.
