【IMPORTANT - How to park】
Driveway parking is unavailable due to the structure of the block.
Unless the 3rd car of yours is very small, you mignt able to park in the front of the garage. You need to be extremely careful when parking in the front of the garage. Your might block the entrance of your two neighbors.
It is highly suggested for you to bring 2 cars at the max and park the 2 cars in the garage that is provided by this vacation home.
【IMPORTANT - The locked areas/cabnet - Not available for guest】
One of the bedroom is locked for owner's personal belonging.
The tall cabinet in the laundry is locked.
Please do not use/attempt to open.

You can have the entire house exlusive of the locked areas such as the Master Bedroom and the tall cabinet in the laundry.
Outdoor kitchen isn't available for guests to use.
The Neighborhood:
West Beach is a relaxed, family-friendly beach that’s popular for swimming, kitesurfing and paddleboarding and is a five-minute walk from your stay. Head down for a seaside stroll and grab pizza at Hey Bianca for a picnic on the grass, or enjoy scenic water views with your breakfast at Beach Break Cafe. You’ll also find an adventure park, mini golf course and skate park along the foreshore. The Burbridge Centre shopping mall is conveniently just a 4-minute drive from the house where you can find anything you might need during your stay.
Getting Around:
7 mins walking distance to the beachside of the west beach and the west beach playground.
8 mins driving distance to the Adelaide Airport.
20 mins driving distance to Adelaide CBD.
The seaview rd is just 5 mins walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
【IMPORTANT】
1. NOISE - Just kindly note that please make sure the noise is at a minimum and won't affect the neighborhood living environment and respect the neighborhood community due to the structure of the complex.

2. PARKING - Please read the bottom section of "The space" and follow the instruction to park.
3. LOCKED AREAS - Master bedroom and the cabinet in the laundry isn't available for the guests to use.
4. RUBBISH & BIN - You will receive a checkin link once your booking is confirmed. Please read the section of 'Rubbish and Bin Information'.
5. Outdoor kitchen isn't available for guests to use.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
1. If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, we will arrange a cleaner to address your concerns within 2 hours.
*Any issues with cleanliness must be brought up to the host within 6 hours of check-in and must allow for remediation. No refunds will be allowed if remediation is not permitted.
2. The Apartment is professionally cleaned each stay, the guest is requested to return the apartment in a neat and tidy manner on check out - any damages, or excess cleaning will be charged to the guest.
3. We work hard to make sure every guest is happy and enjoys the stay, so please ensure the total number of guests is accurate at booking.
4. We could provide a Single air mattress and extra linen for you. However, you will be charged $50 per guest per stay.
4.1. $50 per stay will be charged if the sofa bed is required to use. You must let us know in advance, so we can prepare the sofa bed for you.
5. Cot, highchair and baby bath could be provided upon request with a charge of $20 per item. Please let us know when you make a booking:)
Please kindly notice that we only have limited stocks of Cot, highchairs, and baby baths. We might not BE able to provide any cots, highchairs, and baby baths if we are out of stock.
6. For weekdays 9.30 am-5.30 pm, if you need temporarily store your luggage, please come to our office at 239 Wright St Adelaide SA 5000, you can leave it in our office for free.
Another option is lockers at Adelaide Central Bus Station, which operates from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm, seven days a week.
