Villa Peroulia is one of four utterly charming villas situated around a crystal clear pool amid unspoilt countryside of olive groves, vineyards and woodland, just 500m from Peroulia beach. This is truly an idyllic and unique holiday destination.
The beautiful infinity pool and the breathtaking surroundings are shared only with three other similar villas ensuring a truly tranquil vacation.
Peroulia villa sleeps four persons comfortably. It has a bedroom, shower room, kitchen, sitting room and large spacious balcony together with its' own private grassed area with garden furniture.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything that a guest would need to self cater. It has a large fridge freezer, a full sized cooker with hob, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
The shower room is mosaic tiled and has modern fittings. Fragrant and natural toiletries are complimentary. Soft towels are provided as are beach towels, beach mats and sun umbrellas. The bedroom has 2 single beds with coco-mat bedding and pillows.
The focus of your hosts is very much your comfort amidst tasteful and bespoke decoration. A real attention to detail and care for the environment is obvious.
The bedding is all cotton and other organic and natural materials. The decor is bright and quirky. There are many original art works adorning the walls. This place is made to feel like a 'home from home' with no element of 'hotel anonymity'.
Peroulia sleeps the additonal 2 persons in the sitting room area which can be separated from the kitchen by doors so everyone has privacy.
In the sitting room, there is the same level of comfort in the form of coco-mat seating which converts easily into 2 single beds.
The shaded balcony has a fabulous sea view with picturesque Koroni in the distance, ample seating around two good sized tables and is perfect for dining or relaxing.
The grounds of this little estate with olives, vines and fruit trees are free for you to wander. Not only is there a divine pool terrace around the pool but there are many other areas to spend your time. The barbeque terrace has more than ample seating and a large barbeque and grill together with a bread oven.
There is the dining terrace where both breakfasts and evening meals are served on request. There is a shady covered terrace with comfy seating and an extensive and eclectic library of books and DVDs. Within the library you will also find a huge volume of information about the local area and all of the sites of interest. There are games and artists materials and bicycles for your use.
There is a kitchen garden producing many delicious fruits and vegetable all through the holiday season and are put out daily for you to help yourself.
Your hosts pride themselves on their own produce. They produce their own wine, oil, olives and many other traditional Greek products which are all available for you to sample. Indeed, a lovely hamper of such samples and snacks awaits you on arrival.
Finally, your hosts run a fantastic kitchen specialising in Mediterranean cuisine. Nothing beats the experience of dining on the moonlit terrace upon the freshest and purist ingredients cleverly combined to make truly good food.
