Ridge. This two story home offers 2 decks with views and fenced in
yard with fire pit for pet owners. For longer stays it offers a fully
stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed. Home is
professionally cleaned and price shown is always best value for an
extra large home for adult groups and families for 6. Short drive to
shopping, trails, vineyards, and more! So instantly book this vacation

We also accept long-term housing requests.
This is a split home with two stories with stairs to get to bottom. There are also 6 steps from parking area to enter home.
The home offers a large 2000 sqft of space to relax with 3 large bedrooms and two living room spaces each with their own Smart TV.
Master bedroom has private full bath with queen size bed. Two guest rooms with queen beds. Two full guest bathrooms on both floors. Living room has couch that turns into full size bed as well as music room for a total of 5 beds available. Only 6 guests are allowed. (6 adults + infants OK). Pack n' Go infant crib available in home with a high chair. Home is on a well so we do request to please conserve water use when taking showers.
Easy access year round right off main road with parking for up to 3 cars or two cars and a small boat/trailer less than 16 feet long.
Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill.
Walkout to backyard deck looking down the mountain valley to see Peaks of Otter Mountain. Home is located in the middle of Porter's Mountain in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Included is a music room, karaoke system, dart board, games, and fenced in area for pets with fire pit.
Home is professionally cleaned and sanitized. Home is in very rural bug loving country. So please keep doors and windows shut if not using at all times. There will be occasional bugs or spiders that make their way in. Specifically during sunset if you keep doors open you might encounter gigantic moths or even a bat. This is why it's important to shut doors after use.
Home has satellite interest for Roku Guest Mode and web browsing but it is not cable internet. If you need high speeds for remote working we suggest choosing another more urban home in Roanoke. This is for the mountain and nature lovers.

Full house and entire yard except two hospitality closets for cleaners in home.
I'm available to message or call if needed with my co-host between 8am to 8pm. My co-host is available in person for emergencies only or if something is wrong. We want to make your experience great. If emergency please call 911 immediately first. Landline phone is available in living room if your cell phone does not have signal.
There are 6 steps for entrance of home. 3 going down and 3 going up. There are stairs to bottom level of home.
The main living area of home is on the first floor so older adults can come if they can walk steps to entrance. Access to living, dining, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms all are on first floor.
Karaoke, music room, and laundry area are on bottom floor.
There are side stairs to go from the fire pit to the bottom deck to use. Please do not walk down step hill take steps otherwise can be dangerous.
This home has a septic system so please do not flush feminine/male products, paper towels, baby wipes down toilets, and if you bring children watch for them flushing down toys.
Please note that check in time ends at 11pm to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
If you plan to enjoy a fire only by law only start one after 6pm and we request no fires to be started after 11pm. Please extinguish all fires with hose provided. No fires to be left unattended for ANY reason or the fire department will be notified. There have been two forest fires in the area.
There is only room to park 3 vehicles. If you have more vehicles please DO NOT block the roadway when parking. You can park close to the flower bed in in front of the mail box if needed. There are 10 homes up the small gravel road so please keep it clear.
Last please load and start dishwasher if you have any dirty dishes before you leave.
Please put kitchen trash bags in trash cans outside when needed. There are extra bags in kitchen closet.
