Indoor Comforts:
This cozy 2,100 sq. ft. home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, offering plenty of space to unwind. Sleep comfortably with 2 queen beds, a full bed, and a private office, plus an additional day bed in an open living area—perfect for families or groups looking for extra space!
All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, and the daybed is located in our second living room on the main floor.
*Please note that the 3rd bedroom is a large office space attached to the 2nd bedroom. We added in a full sized bed for more sleeping options for our guests. This 3rd bedroom has a staircase exit attached to it on one side, so guests can exit and go downstairs with privacy.
However, you have to go through the 2nd bedroom in order to use the bathroom on the same floor. If you are a full group of 5-6 people, please take note of this.*
Enjoy the open floor plan with a kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room offers direct access to our sunroom, where you can soak in the views of greenery and fall foliage.
Enjoy Roku streaming on two smart TVs in separate living areas, and prepare delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen. Explore the home's unique charm with handcrafted art, stained glass accents, a penny wall, a vintage chess table, and more.
Outdoor Delights: One of the best parts of the experience is the outdoor greenery, winter views, and creek!
Fire Pit: Gather around the firepit with Adirondack chairs for some cozy fall nights and marshmallow-roasting fun! (Wood is not provided)
Screened Sunroom and BBQ Grill:
Bask in the sun and backyard views from our screened-in sunroom, complete with outdoor couches and tables. Just a few steps away, you'll find our BBQ grill (propane provided) for delightful cookouts with loved ones.

This home is not a good choice for young children due to knick knacks, or elderly due to stairs.
The garages are not for guest use.

Pet Fee:
We gladly welcome dogs with a $150 flat fee, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. Please provide their age and breed when booking. Dogs must be fully house-trained, and we do not permit puppies. They must not be left unattended inside, and all droppings must be promptly picked up.
All guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests.
Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
