Culinary guests will enjoy cooking up a storm in the u-shaped kitchen where wood-style worktops and contemporary country-style cabinets create a warm and homely feel. Enjoy sociable mealtimes at the charming wooden dining table, looking out through the patio doors towards the lawn and the decked area. Sizzle up a BBQ out here in the summer months before retiring to the hot tub for an evening soak with your favourite tipple. Children and dogs will love running around on the lawn as you look on. If you’ve brought your bikes with you (which is certainly recommended as a way to explore the local area!), there’s a lockable shed in the garden so you don’t have to worry about the safety of your bikes.

The nearest train station is in Malton.
There is also local taxis which can take to you wherever you want to travel to.
This property is suitable for parties under the age of 30 as it is in a residential area and it is asked to be mindful of neighbours after 10pm.

Outside the backdoors is a cigarette box for smokers. It is asked that all smoking is done outside the property.
