Completely rebuilt in 2018, Sunset Watch has a modern, flowing layout, including a new modern gourmet kitchen, indoor dining table, and a cozy living room and entertainment area. The beach-inspired master bedroom can be accessed from either the kitchen or the living room and features a king-size bed with a 14” thick gel memory foam mattress.
Off the side of the bedroom is a spacious bathroom with double bowl vanity, a Whirlpool 8-jet jacuzzi tub, an adjustable rainfall shower head, and a separate toilet room.
Cooling ceiling fans and expansive views of Sir Francis Drake Channel can be enjoyed throughout the villa.
The outdoor space offers numerous recliners and intimate seating and dining areas on the native stone patio bordered by a landscaped garden. At the center is a private freshwater pool overlooking the ocean. A large adjacent tiled deck is perfect for sunbathing and catching the glorious sunsets, whilst an outdoor shower is great for rinsing off when returning from the beach or pool.
All guests staying at Sunset Watch have complimentary access to all the facilities of Nail Bay Sports Club, including the outdoor tennis court, indoor squash court, air-conditioned gym, and indoor ping pong room.
