With nearly 1600 sq ft of thoughtfully designed living space, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with 4 beds plus a pullout couch in a private den. The first floor features an airy open-plan kitchen/dining/living room with a dining table and large smart TV; cozy family room (library) with second smart TV and pullout sofa bed; and half bath. Upstairs, you’ll find a primary bedroom with an ensuite full bath (shower), king bed and third smart TV; second bedroom with queen bed and adjustable standing desk; third bedroom with two full beds — ideal for kids or friends traveling together. All upstairs bedrooms have access to the shared full bath in the hall which has a combination tub/shower.
Outside, unwind in the serene backyard oasis featuring a hot tub, heated in-ground pool (seasonal), and an outdoor shower nestled beneath the trees.** Enjoy dinner alfresco under string lights or stretch out with a book while fireflies flicker nearby.

** Please note that while we intend for the pool and hot tub to be available for use from the Thursday before Memorial Day through the last Sunday in September, we cannot guarantee that unexpected mechanical issues, weather or other events may cause them to be temporarily unusable. In that event, we will do our very best to get them up and running at the earliest possible time.

Who Can Book
Primary guest must be at least 25 years old
Government-issued ID is required for verification
The name on the reservation must match the ID
We reserve the right to cancel or decline bookings that cannot be verified or do not meet these requirements
Guest Requirements
Maximum overnight occupancy: 10 guests
All guests must be listed on the reservation
No unregistered overnight guests or visitors without prior host approval
No parties or events allowed
Neighborhood Expectations
This is a peaceful residential community
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (strictly enforced)
No loud music, outdoor speakers, or disruptive gatherings
Violation of noise rules may result in early termination of your stay without refund
Not Permitted
• No pets
• No smoking (indoors or outdoors)
• No glassware near pool or hot tub
• No open frying or aromatic cooking (e.g., deep frying, fish, curries). A $250 deep cleaning fee applies if odors linger
Pool & Hot Tub Use (At Your Own Risk)
There is no lifeguard on duty. By booking, you accept full responsibility for safe use and release the hosts of all liability for accidents or injuries.
General Rules
Children must be supervised at all times
No diving, running, or horseplay
No glassware in or near the pool or hot tub
Please do not tamper with the pool cover — leave it open
Hot Tub Safety
Limit sessions to 20 minutes
No use while under the influence of drugs or alcohol
No food or drink in the tub
Replace the cover after use – do not sit, step, or place items on it
Default temperature is 100°F. Do not exceed 104°F
After use, please reset to 100°F
Maximum occupancy: 6 people in hot tub at one time
Health Considerations
Pregnant guests or those with medical conditions should consult a physician before use
Pool Maintenance & Cleanliness
Pool is professionally cleaned weekly (typically Tuesdays)
Guests agree to accommodate pool servicing during their stay
A skimmer net is available if you'd like to remove debris in between service visits
If water level is low, use the hose located in the outdoor shower to top off (but please don’t leave it running overnight or unattended)
Photography & Content Creation
Commercial photography is allowed with prior approval
Unauthorized shoots or content creation are not permitted
Liability & Booking Agreement
By booking this property, you:
Agree to abide by all house rules listed above
Acknowledge and accept that use of the pool and hot tub is at your own risk
Accept full responsibility for the health and safety of all guests in your party
Release the host and property owner from any liability arising from use of the amenities
