It has a nice beach vibe which will help you relax and prepare to enjoy the peace and serenity this beautiful beach area will provide.

This sunny cottage is a great place to relax and enjoy Ocean View. It is a stand alone unit that sits behind a duplex directly on Ocean View Ave & across the street from Ocean View Beach.
It is 400 sq. ft. so think of it as a coastal tiny house with 7' ceilings in the living space, but 8' in the bedroom.
This cottage was built in 1940 right across the street from Ocean View Beach.
It has a renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, living room, large bedroom & one bathroom. The kitchen is fully loaded so you can enjoy home cooking! It is nicely decorated in a coastal beach theme for your stay and you will enjoy a nice bed, bedding, linens and everything you need for your stay.
The entire Cottage is yours to enjoy and includes a private entrance and off street parking. We have a picnic table in the yard and a gas grill you can use for a BBQ.
There is parking in front of the cottage. The cottage is located behind the duplex and you can see a photo of the property layout which includes a circle around the sunny cottage.

You can walk or bike through Ocean View or take a wonderful stroll on the beach across the street. Downtown Norfolk is about 9 miles away via Granby St. Virginia Beach is about 30 minutes away and Williamsburg about 40 minutes to the west. Parking is available in front of the cottage.
