O - You will see that one of the bedrooms looks over the backdoor stairs, please reach out to us if you have any questions
O - This is a coastal property so leaving windows open may lead to insects flying in.
O - There are split air conditioning systems in the photo for the living room and bedrooms. The cooling function doesn't work however it can be used on fan function.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the full apartment. The apartment is in a building with 12 other apartments so the entry to the building is shared common space.
To get to the entry, you can either come from Jaques Avenue where you can also find street paid parking or the main Lamrock Avenue to reach the main entry of the building. The apartment is located on level one.

Getting to Bondi Beach from Sydney CBD is quite straightforward. The 333 bus from Circular Quay is a direct route to the beach. Alternatively, you can take a train to Bondi Junction and then hop on a bus (380, 381, or 333) to reach Bondi Beach. Parking near the beach can be challenging, especially during peak times. Paid parking is available at places like the Bondi Pavilion car park, but free parking spots are known to locals within a short walk of the beach.
The best time to visit Bondi Beach is during the spring (September to November) and autumn (March to May), when the weather is pleasant and the crowds are smaller. Lifeguards patrol Bondi Beach year-round, typically from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring the safety of swimmers.
