The Space:
Welcome to the Grand Lodge, where each condo is individually owned. As the management company for 13 units, we want to share key information with you.
The Pros: The Grand Lodge's EPIC location is just a quick walk to the ski resort, passing coffee shops and restaurants. Our pool and hot tub are outstanding, with indoor and outdoor sections. Enjoy our spacious steam room. Free parking and mini kitchenettes in every room add to the convenience.
The Cons: Please note that a separate management company oversees the building and amenities, and they may make last-minute decisions. While some rooms show age, cleanliness is our priority, with deep cleans twice a year. No air conditioning, but heating is available.
Overall, the Grand Lodge offers a unique experience in an exceptional location.
Features of our studio condo: Steps away from the ski resort and local attractions. The room has a comfortable king-size bed and a Murphy bed for extra sleeping space. Enjoy a private bathroom, cozy living area, and kitchenette. Cable TV is provided.
Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, concierge services, ski storage, gift shops, a fireplace, and a complimentary ski shuttle. We also have a business center, fitness center, indoor pool, sauna, and spa tub.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the condo and Grand Lodge amenities. The Grand Lodge has a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Steam room, free parking, EV charging and is in the perfect location to Mt. Crested Butte. (please note if any of the amenities are not operational during your stay, we will not offer a refund as we don't have control over the amenities).
The Neighborhood:
Elk Avenue is a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries.
Crested Butte offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing.
The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge Crested Butte Colorado. Landmarks and attractions that are easily accessible from The Grand Lodge Crested Butte include the Donita’s Cantina. The Grand Lodge at Crested Butte is just a 14-minute walk from the Crested Butte Mountain Resort.
Getting Around:
Most Guests bring their car to get around (we have a free parking lot with EV charging), but there are shuttles to get around if you'd prefer!

This property does not have air conditioning.
Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $50.
-This unit is NOT pet friendly. Only floors 1 & 2 are pet friendly. You may see pets on the 4th and 5th floors, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with High Rocky Homes).
-Heating is controlled by a thermostat on the wall of the living room.
