Nestled in the foothills of the Ozark mountains, in the exclusive gated resort community of Stonebridge Village, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa, sleeps up to 8, is walk in level, and offers the perfect place to relax and create lasting memories with family and friends.
Our favorite feature of our vacation home is the huge, wrap around, screened-in porch. The porch is situated on the edge of Ledgestone Golf Course’s 13th Fairway providing a stunning view of the Ozarks. The porch has plenty of seating, including a dining table and couch, as well as a smart TV, games, an electric grill, and even a heater for those chilly nights. Access to the porch is right off the living room, as well as off the master bedroom.
The main level features an open concept with a well-stocked kitchen including everything you’d need or want in a vacation home (we have thought of everything, especially since this is our vacation home!). The dining room has a large table that can seat 8 and offers a beautiful view of the fairway. The living room includes a smart TV and gas fireplace, complete with comfortable seating. There is also a full size washer and dryer.
The large master bedroom is located on the main level. You can access the porch from the master bedroom. The master bathroom is attached and features a walk-in shower as well as a jetted tub.
The second bedroom on the main level features a king-sized bed and attached full bathroom with tub/shower combo, which can also be accessed from the hall.
The third bedroom is on the second floor, which features two queen sized beds and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
All bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses and bedding as well as large closets, ceiling fans, USB power strips and smart TV’s.

The Stonebridge community provides many amenities accessible to you during your stay, including:
• The Ledgestone Golf Course (18 hole, Par 71) plus driving range and putting green (for an additional fee)
• 3 playgrounds
• 3 outdoor community pools (one within walking distance from the Villa)
• Catch and release fishing pond with paved walking trail
• A community fitness room, pro shop, restaurant, pool, and 3 tennis courts are located at the Ledgestone Clubhouse
Even though the Villa is nestled peacefully in the foothills of the Ozark mountains, you are just minutes away from most of the Branson area local attractions including:
• Silver Dollar City is only 3 miles away from Stonebridge Village
• White River Balds Natural Area (362-acre nature reserve) is 4 miles away from Stonebridge Village
• The Branson 76 Strip is 5 miles away from Stonebridge Village
• White Water Park is 6 miles away from Stonebridge Village
• Branson Landing is 15 miles away from Stonebridge Village
• Downtown Branson is 10.5 miles away from Stonebridge Village
• Table Rock Lake - 3 marinas less than 10 miles away from Stonebridge Village
Important things to note:
The Stonebridge Welcome Center outside the entrance of Stonebridge does not manage our property and their staff are not able to assist you with any questions you may have about the Villa. The Welcome Center does provide some information about the surrounding area and the amenities that the Stonebridge community offers.
Security: Gated community with 24-hour security. Photo ID may be required upon check-in. The property has one, actively recording exterior camera (Ring doorbell) facing outward at the Villa’s entrance. The camera records video and audio and is activated by motion. This camera is on the exterior of the property.
Parking and Access: Guests will need to check in at the gate. An amenities pass is provided to guests which guests will need to show at the gate when first arriving. A resort parking pass will be provided at the gate that will need to be kept visible in your car during your stay. The Villa provides one reserved parking space plus one unassigned space. No boat, jet ski, RV or trailer parking allowed. Curb and one step up from parking to entrance. Stonebridge property owner’s association (POA) charges a $5 community parking fee per car per day. This is a mandatory fee paid to the POA, we do not have any control over it and cannot waive it. We have opted to add this to the guest’s daily rental fee rather than requiring guests to pay on site when checking in.
Miscellaneous:
• No Pets allowed
• No smoking/vaping of any kind allowed – including on the screened porch
• Check in and out is strictly enforced
• No events, parties or large gatherings allowed
