There are exactly 24 stairs from the 1st to 2nd floor. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor above the gated outdoor patio area and faces the parking area.-Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances including a refrigerator, stove/range, dishwasher, and microwave with an oversized bar for serving meals or entertaining.
