The privileged water taxi stop at the back will take you to different locations around Fort Lauderdale including Las Olas (downtown), or simply to enjoy a scenic experience. This can be accessed anytime as per the water taxi’s schedule.

While check-in is at 4 pm if you arrive early simply leave your luggage at the valet who will take good care of them until your condo is ready. In the meantime, you can use all of the building amenities, including the pool, jacuzzi, lounging areas, business center, fitness center etc.
The building’s central location makes everything accessible, there is no need for a car, but if you have one you have the option to park inside the building with the valet at $50 per night, or a cheaper option is located less than a 5-minute walk away at 2884 E Sunrise: $25 for 24 hours, $40 for 48 hours or $100 for the week.
Linen, towels, and toiletries are provided in the condo upon check-in. There will be a set of towels for each person. While guests typically use the towels provided for they stay, you can also use the coin-operated laundry machine to wash towels or for any of your laundry needs. Complementary towels are also provided at the pool and jacuzzi area.
