It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without a refund. There is a Ring doorbell camera on the front door, a Ring floodlight on the back(east) side of the house facing the yard, and a Ring floodlight near the garage(south) facing the parking area and driveway.
✹Please note that there is an event fee of $500 per night for occasions such as weddings, bachelor parties, event classes, and similar events that will be held at the property.
