You have full and total access to our home during your stay.
-There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
-Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
-We have a ring camera to monitor the number of guests coming in & out of the home.
-Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
-Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis. If for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
HOUSE RULES
*by booking with us you agree to the rules outlined below*
1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $700 fee.
2) Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.
4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
5) No shoes allowed in the home, only on hardwood floored areas.
6) No pets allowed. We will charge $300 per pet brought on the premises.
7) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people.
8) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.
9) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
10) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
11) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms with the exception of water.
12) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.
13) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:30 or later on the day of checkout.
