Welcome to this beautiful rural finca located on the outskirts of Muro and with a private natural pool. It has capacity for 7 guests.
The exterior area of this villa is very beautiful. It emanates a singular beauty thanks to the fields around and their particular charm. There is a great natural pool of 33 x 33 metres and 2.2 metres water depth, without chemicals. The constant movement of the water and the fishes keep the water clean. Right over the pool you will find the cosy little terrace that invites to enjoy a delicious breakfast or a while in the sun, admiring the views of nature. In addition, there is another terrace with a fountain, a table with chairs, several sun loungers and a great barbecue. There is an exterior bathroom shower for your convenience. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
Inside the open concept room -with the living room, the dining room and the kitchen- is equipped with two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV and a beautiful table with chairs to enjoy your meals. The kitchen, with a gas stove, features all you need to cook your best dishes. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board also are available. On the main floor there also is a bedroom with a double bed, AC, a walk-in closet and an en-suite shower bathroom. Upstairs, the biggest bedroom is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, space for a baby cot and a high chair and an en-suite shower bathroom. Then, there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and a closet and the last one with a single bed and no wardrobe. There is a toilet for this floor too.
This property is located in the municipality of Muro, but only 8 km away from the tourist area of Can Picafort where you will find a wonderful beach of crystalline water or the street market on Friday morning where you can buy local products. We also recommend you visit the public property of Son Real which is known thanks to the dunes, streams, Mediterranean wild life and ancient remains. This area of Mallorca features all services and entertainment, not only during the day but also at night. Apart from can Picafort, there other wonderful beaches around like the rocky beach of La Victoria

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
