Welcome to this idylic villa with a big 17m x 12m swimming pool, with a deph ranging going from 1.20m to 1.60m, including a children swimming pool of 0.50m deph and wonderful outdoors. The swimming pool is surrounded by wood flooring and ten hammocks where you will relax. Also, you will fall in love with the chill-out area, it has a big sofa ideal to have a nice drink outside. There is also a beautiful porch with a gas kitchen and a barbecue, where you can prepare delicious barbecues.The property has four buildings that make a big rural house, with a typical decoration but with a modern touch at the same time. Every building disposes of its own bedrooms and at least one bathroom. Every bedroom has A/C and up to 5 radiatios at the house. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. Obviously, there is a laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.At the first building, divided in two floors, you will find a vitro hob kitchen- dining room and 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed at the ground floor. At the first floor, one with a double bed and access to a terrace, and another one with two single beds. Two bathrooms with a shower, one at the ground floor and the other at the first floor, complete it.The second building has a little open kitchen, open to the living room with a satellite TV, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom en suite with a shower. At the third building, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom en suite with a shower.And at the fourth there is another bedroom with two single beds and access to the terrace, and a bathroom en suite with a shower. Es Llombards is a little village from Santanyí town where you will find all the necessary services you might need during your stay, like restaurants and bars. Located only 4km from Cala Llombards and Cala s'Almonia, and 3 km from Santanyí and Ses Salines. If you like walking, dont miss the amazing Caló des Moro.Pets are not allowed.
