Welcome to Shoreline Serenity House, a unique retreat tucked away in the tranquil heart of Cronulla. More than just a space, this home is a testament to creativity and identity, providing a sanctuary for up to 8 guests.
HOUSE RULES
* Check-in: After 3:00 pm
* Checkout: 10:00 am
* No smoking
* No parties or events
* No Pets Allowed
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is EIGHT people, however, we do allow day visitors of up toFOURpeople. No more than a maximum of TWELVEpeople are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise especially after 10 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject toapproval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
* A dryer is not available in the home, however, there is a washer and drying rack and there are several laundry services in the area.
*For safety reasons, the ceiling fan in the bunk beds room has been deactivated due to the distance to the top bunks.

Cronulla, derived from an Aboriginal word kurranulla meaning 'place of pink seashells', is located on the Bate Bay coastline in Sydney's south. It is the only Sydney beach that can be reached by train, meaning you can visit without the headache of finding a car park. Cronulla Beach is the only beach patrolled all year round by Sutherland Shire Council's professional lifeguards together with volunteer lifesavers from Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club. The Cronulla Pavilion and Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club are two prominent buildings located close to the sand, along with a cafe and restaurant. Behind the beach is a large grassed area with plenty of shade and a playground. The Cronulla Rock Pools are between Cronulla Beach and North Cronulla Beach. For a top day out at the beach, Cronulla has all the right ingredients - fish and chips, ice-cream and gelato, cool surf shops for beach supplies and accommodation.

Our bedding is of natural fibre, resembling 5-star hotel quality linen. Your stay includes fresh towels and beach towels. For your convenience, The Shoreline Serenity House provides a washing machine and dryer to cater to your laundry needs.
Please note that our home strictly enforces a NO PARTY policy. We do not accept Bucks or Bachelor parties without prior approval. While The Shoreline Serenity House is an excellent choice for families and groups attending weddings or reunions, it is not suitable for events like a Bucks weekend.
