➢ Please note that the pool is open 24/7 and is seasonally heated and we have zero control of the temp or the time of year it is heated. Please do not ask us what the temp is currently as we would not have that information. We can tell you that the complex "normally" heats it to 74 in the mid winter times. The hot tub is typically at 102.
➢ Please remember that you're staying in a home. Please treat the space with respect, be respectful of the neighbors and the complex. If any problems arise, please contact us as soon as possible.
➢ Although we do not allow pets in our apartment the complex is pet friendly so you most likely will run into people and their pets in the complex area.
