To get started, the outside of the villa features a garden on the East side, offering more than 100m² of secluded and gated space, the ideal playground for kids, as well as a terrace on the living room side (front) the perfect spot for cocktails and meals. This leads to the swimming pool, on the West side, featuring its assortment of outdoor lounge chairs to fully enjoy the Riviera's sunsets.
And now for the indoors, this 250m² villa is built on 2 levels and features the following:
On the upper level (the villa entrance level):
- A large main living space with:
- A lounge area with sofa, smart TV and Google Home.
- A dining area that can accommodate 10 people.
- A large open-floor kitchen, with island, to complement the space and many closets to put away the entire family's belongings.
This main living area opens directly to the outdoor terrace and swimming pool.
- A bedroom suite is also on that level and includes a TV set, a king size bed and a full bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilets.
On the lower level, you will find 4 bedrooms with the following:
- A first bedroom with two large single bed (90cm wide each) with possibility of combining them to make a king size bed upon request. This bedroom is connected to the bedroom suite above via and open stair way (there is no option to completely close this connecting access).
- A second bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom with shower and toilets.
- A third bedroom with two single beds (90cm each) like in the other bedroom and with the same upon-request option of combining them into one larger bed, and with a separate bathroom with shower.
- A fourth bedroom suite with a queen size bed, a large walk-in closet, a safe, a smart TV, Google Home and a bathroom with shower and toilets.
ATTENTION – IMPORTANT: The roll-down shutters are not completely light-proof and leave some light through. Please be aware of that in case you like to sleep in total darkness.
All the bedrooms open directly to the outdoor garden area and the corridor that connects them offers plenty of storage spaces and walk-in closets.
On this level, you will find, beside the bedrooms, a second living room that is arranged as a TV room, with a veryyyy big sofa and two desks if you need to do some study/work.
There is also a laundry room with washer and a large drying rack.

- Easy access to the main coastal highway in just a few minutes, getaway to:
- Antibes (20-25 minutes), if you are in the mood for seeing dolphins and killer whales at the aquatic park of Marineland.
- The city of Nice (30-35 minutes) to walk on its famous “Promenade des Anglais”.
- Or even Monaco (50 minutes) and its spectacular architecture of buildings on a steep enclave.
