With a PERFECTLY localized central location to town, everything is within a short drive, whether you're traveling with friends, family, or just spending a romantic week away.
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
Supplies Provided:
-1-2 individually wrapped body wash
-2 shampoos in each shower/tub
-One roll of paper towels
-10 K cups for the Keurig, creamer, sugar packets, and tea bags
-Garbage bags are located under the kitchen sink, along with dishwasher liquid and a new sponge
-2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
-Extra lightbulbs are located under the sink if a light bulb goes out in the home
+We require a $200 deposit, which is refundable if no damages are incurred.
FOR LONGER STAYS
For extended stays, two weeks or longer, our cleaners will come in and clean every 7-10 days to maintain the property's cleanliness. A $150 fee is required for the cleaning.
PETS
Pet fee is 250$ and We do accept pets with prior approval. Please note if you’re interested in bringing your pet in the initial message.
The property is dog friendly, yet we do have a two-dog maximum. If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet. The area is pet-friendly, so you will find plenty of places to let Fido join you.
You MUST receive prior approval for pets, otherwise you will be charged a $300 penalty.
If there are any damages from dogs, service animals, or emotional support animals, we impose an additional $250 cleaning fee.
Superhog guest verification:
After confirming your booking, please note that we utilize Superhog for damage protection and guest screening. Keep an eye out for a request from them to your email and ensure its completion. Your deposit will be refunded post-checkout, contingent upon the house being left in good condition. Thanks!
Important:
We have a ring camera at the front side of the house for security and safety reasons which records for our protection of the house and keep an eye on who is going in and out.
We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do in your own home.
Please remove shoes before coming into the home.
The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the home or right outside the house. A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence or in the premises. You can smoke outside the premises of the house.
Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am.
You will be charged a $300 fee if pets are brought onsite without prior approval.
Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
Lock the door each time you leave home. Pull the door towards you and type in the code received at check-in. The door will NOT lock if you don't enter the code.
You MUST receive prior approval for any pets.
If you use the washer/dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.

Adhere to all posted Hot Tub rules including: Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, elderly, have diabetes, heart disease, high/low blood pressure, or any other health concerns.
*The guest is responsible for safe hot tub usage and the host will not be held liable*
Also, just an headsup. The hot tub at the back with patio is completely for our guests and the back tenants don't use the hot tub. It is explicitly for the front side guests which could be you.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and hot tub. The outdoor patio is equipped with seating and a gas grill for your usage. If traveling with kids or pets, the large backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence.
There is a back house behind the fronthouse, who are not permitted to use the hot tub; it is solely for you guys. In addition, a big fence separates the front and back of the house for privacy.
PARKING:
The driveway can be used for parking your vehicles.
SELF-CHECK-IN
We provide self-check-in for our guests. You will receive the code prior to the check-in date.

The outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy being outside and relax in the hot tub under the stars.

LIVING ROOM
Sink into the sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART HD TV. We provide access to the following streaming channels for your use, Netflix, Amazon, and HBO! If you would like to access additional streaming services, please remember your passwords
KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a modern stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Prep time? The vast kitchen counters offer plenty of granite counter space for all of the chefs in the kitchen. Visit Pearl Farmers Market or a grocery store and then enjoy preparing a delectable meal.
If dining out, there are many excellent local restaurants in the area, or get take-out and enjoy it on the balcony under the stars or in the comfortable dining room area.
We provide a Keurig and 10 K cups, creamer, sugar, sugar substitutes, and tea bags.
Main Bedroom
The "main bedroom" is outfitted with a queen bed/ Memory Foam Mattress, two bedside tables, bedside lamps, ceiling fan, and relaxing décor.

The main bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower, and a single vanity, located directly off the main bedroom.
Shared Bathroom
The shared bathroom has a tub-shower combo and a single vanity, located directly off the living room.
Bedroom Two
The second bedroom is equipped with queen-sized bed/ Memory Foam Mattresses, a bedside table, bedside lamp, a ceiling fan, and large storage space.
Bedroom Three
The third bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed/ Memory Foam Mattresses, bedside lamps, a ceiling fan, and ample storage.
+Additional Sleeping Arrangements
We offer a queen-size blow-up mattress to sleep additional guests.
Washer + Dryer
In the laundry room, you will find a washer and dryer. We do provide detergent and dryer sheets for you to use!
You MUST receive prior approval for any pets or else we will charge 200$ fee if we notice it later.
GETTING AROUND
Do I need to rent a car?
If you plan on traveling around outside of San Antonio, we recommend renting a car. Many car rental services are available at the airport. Ensure you book your car at the airport you plan to fly into.
Are there any transportation service?
Yes! Uber and Lyft are available in San Antonio, Texas. You can download the app and make prior reservations.
