1.- Parties and events are not allowed.
2.- If the property is left in very bad cleaning conditions after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest would leave.
Eg. Leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excess garbage in the bins, stains on the floor, dirty walls, these are examples of bad conditions.
We will charge an additional $180 usd..
All trash must be taken out and placed in the gray bins, and all dirty dishes must be placed in the dishwasher before check-out. Any trash that exceeds the allowed number of trash bins will incur a $180 charge.
3.- Local people must communicate before booking.
4.-Visitors are not allowed at night who are not on your reservation. If not mentioned in the reservation, the fee for an additional guest will be charged as marked in the application at that time.
5.-Young people, babies, small children, and children are more than welcome, but each one must be specified in your reservation.
6.-There cannot be more than people inside or on the property at any given time.
7.-Guests will respect and follow all community rules listed inside the house or on the property.
8.- You agree to know and accept the following fees:
a) smoking: $1,500 USD .
b) late check-out: $20 USD if your check-out is not authorized to leave late.
c) lost keys: $130 USD for replacement of keys and locks from lost keys
9.- A violation of the house rules may result in immediate expulsion of all guests without a refund.
10.- You agree to book in good faith and will not attempt to damage the property because you are not satisfied with a decision from Airbnb or the host in case of a violation of the host's rules.
11.- If a breach of the house rules leads to having to discount or reimburse the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting costs.
12.- Visitors who are not registered in the reservation are not allowed.
13.- Respect the quiet hours/If we receive any complaints from neighbors for violating this rule, there is an extra charge of $100 dollars.
14.- If any of our rules are violated by the guest, they will be asked to vacate the property.
15.- THERMOSTAT: To avoid damages, the air conditioning cannot be lowered below 67 degrees Fahrenheit at any time during your stay.
16.- PERSONAL PROPERTY: You are responsible for keeping your valuables safe at all times. We are not responsible for any loss of value inside or outside the property.
17.- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED/FINE OF $1,500 DOLLARS IN CASE OF VIOLATING THIS RULE and causing damage to furniture with tobacco smell.
18.- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED as a reservation or visit. If caught with a pet without notifying the owner, you will pay a penalty of $100 dollars and be immediately evicted from the place.
