*This apartment is shared with 3 other guests - each guest has their own private bedroom and bathroom. The usual guest is an individual in Chico short-term for work - although we have the occasional guest here on a short-term leisure stay. The kitchen and living room is shared among all guests in the unit.
*Within each bedroom (except for rooms with twin beds) you find a desk and chair. If you require additional workspaces, we also have an office/business center right next to the units that includes a whiteboard, Expo markers, and grounded outlets. Each bedroom is equipped with its own private bathroom. Inside the bathroom, you'll find a tub/shower combo. We provide toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. All linens are also provided.
*The kitchen is fully stocked with a 4-burner stove, microwave, oven, fridge & freezer, mixing bowls, cooking spray, 18 spices, knife set, slow cooker, blender, toaster, cutting boards, can & wine openers, baking trays, food storage, water kettle, and a full coffee corner - including sugar, cream, coffee, decaf coffee, and tea.
*Watch a program on the 55" Smart TV with Netflix & Hulu.
*You can cozy up in the living room with comfy throws on the two couches or the chair.
*Enjoy large windows that allow ample natural light.
*We are able to provide a pack and play travel crib at your request, please notify us before your arrival if you need one.
**For month-long or longer stays, we are able to accommodate certain special requests to make it feel more like home. Ask us about a white noise machine, black out curtains, or bedroom tvs when booking your long-term stay!

*There are pet waste deposit bags everywhere.
*This apartment complex is gated and monitored by Ring Security Systems.
You will have access to your own private room and bathroom within a shared apartment, as well as all of the amenities mentioned. We will provide you with a key card to access the apartment complex, which must be returned at the end of your stay. The key card will have a key attached that will be used to unlock the door to your apartment, and another key to your private room.
Please note that there is one complimentary parking spot per reservation. Additional parking spots can be purchased based on need and availability.
This beautiful apartment complex is nestled in the heart of Chico. Right next to Safeway, Walgreens, and a slew of local favorite restaurants like Aca Taco. Just a 5 minute walk away to the Soccer and Football stadium for Chico State Campus, 3 minute drive to Enloe Hospital (or 20 minute walk).
This location was specially chosen to be near the downtown hub of restaurants and concert venues, a stones throw away from Bidwell Park & Sierra Nevada Brewing, and a cakewalk to get to the Enloe Medical Center.

This luxury-style apartment complex is primarily used for college students going to Chico State. All amenities are available for you to use.
Please note there is a beeping noise when the complex’s gate opens - this is a safety feature and makes the gate ADA friendly. If the noise becomes a concern, we can provide a white noise machine to help drown it out.
Please also note there is a train near the complex. We don’t usually hear the train as the apartment is very sound-proof when all the windows are closed, but there is always the possibility you may hear the train at some points - we can provide a white noise machine for this if it becomes a concern. The train noise is prominent from within the parking garage - we have no control over this.
Since we do also have a cleaning fee, we have a no-stress check-out procedure. That means as long as the home isn't left in poor condition, you can enjoy a nice warm cup of coffee in the morning before you leave!
