On the second level with even more views is a landing set up for yoga surrounded by nature. A centrally located grand stone fireplace, open on 4 sides, offers warmth on chilly days, as well as a fun grilling section on the side open to the kitchen. SAFETY NOTICE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN: The vertical railings on the upper stairs and 3rd level surrounding the living room are somewhat wide (about 6-inches). It is important to disclose that this may be hazardous for toddlers or young children.

-Check-in: Anytime after 4PM unless otherwise authorized
-Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee
-The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others.
-Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations
-Dogs (2 dogs max) subject to $150 fee. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone inside the unit unattended. No other pets allowed.
