Riverbend Estate is now accepting a limited number of private events for up to 30 people. This property is suitable for corporate retreats, private dinners and small wedding ceremonies and receptions. Riverbend Estate is a beautiful blank canvas for you to create an intimate event. Vail Butler does not directly provide catering, rental equipment or event planning services. All vendors must be approved by Vail Butler and present necessary valid licenses. In the future, we hope to host larger events but the maximum number of guests currently accepted is 30 people. Please inquire directly with Vail Butler for details and pricing.

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.
