No pets allowed. Please remove your shoes prior to entering the home. No smoking on the property, including the terrace. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. No rearranging or moving large furniture. Please no food or drinks besides water in the bedrooms or near the pool table. Clean up spills immediately and take care of the furnishings. Thank you for helping to keep the space clean!
Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB. Please take care of your gate remote. Lost remotes incur a replacement fee.
