-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in.
-For your safety, and security reasons, our homes have motion, occupancy detectors, a security system, and exterior cameras.
- Please note that guests may be subject to additional fees in the event of damage to our property or furnishings resulting from negligence or irresponsible behavior during your stay. The extent of these charges will be determined based on the severity of the damage incurred.
-The fireplace is decorative only and not for use.
-IMPORTANT: Rowdy parties and events are strictly prohibited. We ask that any events or large gatherings be cleared with us prior to booking. Please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
** PETS **
- Pets are welcome for a $150 fee plus $50 for each additional. Please note:
1. You must clean up after your pets including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
2. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
3. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
4. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.

- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
** PETS **
