This home offers a serene escape from the busy world, nestled in a remote location away from cell towers and city noise. Surrounded by nature, it provides the perfect space for restoration, reflection, and connection to source. The home is thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings and all the amenities needed for comfort and rejuvenation.
Please Note: The property is located next to water (just 20 feet away), so you'll experience more natural elements, including bugs. To keep the home comfortable, remember to keep doors shut and outdoor lights off at night.
MAIN FLOOR
The main level offers a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing nourishing meals that support your well-being. Whether you're cooking a healthy breakfast or preparing a restorative dinner, the space invites you to eat well and care for your body. The open living area provides a warm, inviting space for connecting with loved ones or diving into restorative practices. Enjoy board games with family or friends from the entertainment console. The spacious bathroom includes a shower/tub combo for a relaxing soak. Both main floor bedrooms offer queen-sized memory foam beds that will help you sink into restorative sleep.

The upstairs features a dedicated office space with an ultra-wide monitor, display cables with adapters, wireless keyboard, mouse, and a desk. Stay productive in a peaceful, natural environment that nurtures your creativity.
BASEMENT & OPEN SPACE
Downstairs, you’ll find a large open area perfect for restorative practices such as yoga, meditation, or stretching. The space is ideal for journaling, creative projects, or simply relaxing and reflecting in solitude. Let the peaceful energy of the space support your personal growth and well-being.
FULLY EQUIPPED GYM (OUTSIDE)
For guests who want to maintain their physical well-being, the garage is home to a fully equipped gym offering everything you need for a well-rounded workout. From free weights and cardio machines to space for stretching and yoga, this gym helps you stay fit while immersed in nature.
OUTDOOR LUXURY
Starting February 2025 (dependent on weather conditions) unwind in the new outdoor hot tub on the patio, the perfect place to relax under the stars and soothe your body after a day of restorative activities. The back and front patios each feature a comfortable outdoor couch, ideal for sipping morning coffee or tea, journaling, or simply enjoying the calming atmosphere of nature.
BASEMENT
For added convenience, the basement includes a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your use.
Guests have full access to the main floor, including two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and 1.5 bathrooms. The second floor will be locked for this listing. If you need access to a desk or a remote desk setup, please let us know in advance. The open basement offers extra space, along with the fully equipped gym in the garage. If you require more bed space or wish to access the upstairs area, please refer to our second listing, available for up to 10 guests. Relax in the outdoor hot tub (available starting February 2025 dependent on weather conditions) or enjoy the peaceful patios for morning coffee or journaling.
We value your privacy and want you to feel at home. While we won’t be on-site, we’re available every day via call, text, or message for any questions or assistance.

LARGE FRONT PORCH
The front porch provides lighting and an outdoor sectional couch fitted for breakfast outdoors and/or enjoying a chat in the beautiful Lake Erie, OH weather.
BACK PATIO
The back patio provides a large outdoor sectional couch, outdoor chairs, a small table, a gas (propane) grill, a fire pit, and the hot tub. Enjoy this space with friends and family watching the canal for jumping fish! If you like to fish, cast into the canal and see what you catch!
FULL KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything you need to make meals during your stay including pots, pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, plates, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, grinder, and more!
COFFEE & TEA
You will find everything you need to jumpstart your day! Guests can brew a cup of coffee by using our french press or traditional coffee pot. We have a tea kettle, green tea, Lipton tea, whole bean decaf coffee, whole bean Columbian coffee, and sugar.
WINE
It's not a proper Lake Erie trip without a stop or two to local wineries and breweries. The cabin has everything you need to enjoy your favorite adult beverages. Wine glasses, wine opener, wine stoppers, bottle opener, and ice trays in the fridge!
LARGE YARD AND BALCONY
Relax and unwind on the front or back patio or spend late nights playing games. If you are lucky enough, you may see fish jumping in the canal or a beautiful sunset from the upstairs balcony!
GAS GRILL
Dinners will be easy with our gas grill! We provide grilling utensils and a propane tank.
(Plan to pickup propane. Dollar General down the road has propane tank refills)
FIREPIT
Spend your nights around a cozy campfire. We think this is the perfect way to unwind and relax after a busy day of lake activities. Chairs and poker sticks provided.

CANAL ACCESS
Spend your day exploring Sandusky Bay and natural parks nearby... Kayak from the backyard canal into the bay! Watch the sunset from your kayaks. We provide 4 kayaks. 1 sit-in kayak and 3 fishing kayaks. All kayaks are one person each.
HOT TUB
Busy day with family and/or friends? Relax and end your night in a 4-6 person hot tub on the back patio.
NO HOT TUB IN HARSH WEATHER CONDITIONS or during winter season.

KAYAKS
Spend a few hours together kayaking during the day in the canal right in the back yard!
All guests are required to sign and return a equipment liability waiver. Codes will be shared on return of waiver. No exceptions!
