Resumen: Getting in touch with the staff was terrible. Building overall even worst, dirty and old. Room had a couch instead of a bed, half of the lights didnt work. They charge you for sheets and towels. Room was not clean. We tried leaving one day before because of the bad conditions. I wouldnt recommend it at all. I was thinking in asking for a refund. Hotels.com shouldnt have places like this on their website.
