The property boasts a spacious open-plan ground floor that opens directly onto private gardens. As with many older cottages, there are a few steps throughout, which only enhance its character and authenticity. The dining area flows seamlessly into a traditional pine-built kitchen, complete with a handy utility room (also accessed via a few steps). Although compact, it is practical and full of charm.

The Lee is a quintessential English village set on a beautiful village green. It's located in the Chilterns AONB and boasts enormous amounts of countryside, plus a sweeping hill or two! It's ideal for hikers, walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. The Chilterns are blessed with public footpaths scattered all over it's landscape and make it ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility from busy day to day life.
